Demand from Tampa Bay and out-of-state homebuyers continues to fuel Parrish’s rise as one of the region’s fastest-growing residential markets, thanks to its proximity to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota. Oakfield is positioned to meet that demand with approximately 3,500 homes, and a community vision centered on lifestyle and resident-first experiences.
Parrish has evolved into an emerging residential submarket while maintaining its small-town charm. Reflecting that character, Oakfield’s design features three distinct neighborhoods with unique offerings and experiences — Oakfield Trails, Oakfield Lakes, and the newest planned neighborhood, Oakfield Hammocks.
Resident-First Experiences
“Oakfield stands apart in this market because we intentionally designed the community around residents first,” said Jeff Hills, President of Eisenhower Property Group. “From homesites intentionally placed within the natural landscape to exclusive resident-only experiences, every element is designed to bring neighbors together and foster a stronger sense of community.”
Oakfield Lakes residents will soon enjoy The Grove, a central hub designed for programmed community events, food trucks, and outdoor gathering spaces. The Grove is expected to open in Spring 2026.
In Oakfield Trails, the future Harvest Club will serve as a private social club highlighted by resort-style features, including a zero-entry pool with a tower slide, fitness facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, and spaces for dining and socializing.

Builders that Bring Choice and Quality
A curated group of eight respected builders are offering a diverse range of home styles and price points from the $300s to over $1 million, creating opportunities for first-time buyers, growing families, and move-up homeowners.
Builders currently represented at Oakfield include Ashton Woods, Centex, D.R. Horton, Homes by WestBay, Meritage Homes, Pulte Homes, Starlight Homes, and Stanley Martin Homes.
“We chose Oakfield as one of our first ventures into Parrish because of its collective vision,” said Dan Fitzpatrick, Ashton Woods Regional President. “That vision shows up in everything from the thoughtful placement of homesites designed to capture the best views from our design-forward homes to the overall lifestyle and location advantages the community provides.”

Looking Ahead
Nineteen acres of commercial land at the front of the community recently sold, with plans for further daily conveniences for residents. The next neighborhood, Oakfield Hammocks, is also expected to begin selling next year.
